We believe preventative maintenance is paramount in protecting your machine. This policy is comprised of the following sections and clearly defines both financial and coordination responsibilities and obligations. We've created a simple and effective policy to keep everything running smoothly.
Tracking Hours
In order to perform timely maintenance we store and manage utilization records of your machine on a daily basis. At the start of each rental, the owner is required to perform a check out inspection. This inspection requires the starting hours, as well as the next service interval. We closely monitor utilization using a proprietary easy-to-install telematics device. Our service team will keep track of these hours and notify you when the next service is due. If the machine is already equipped with a telematics device, the owner should continue to monitor utilization as a safeguard.
Financial Responsibility
The costs of preventative maintenance is the responsibility of the owner. We recommend considering this when setting your rental rate. All invoices from the service provider will be sent directly to the owner.
Coordination Options
When service is due, owners will be presented with 2 options - Managed and Self-Service. Choose Managed if you would like our service manager to coordinate the services for you. It's like having a personal assistant for your machine! Of course, we'll charge a small service coordination fee of 20% or a minimum of $200 on top of the service invoice. Choose Self-Service if you would like to coordinate the repair yourself to avoid the service coordination fee.

2. Self-Service Option: Self-Coordination For those who prefer to manage maintenance coordination independently, we respect your choice. You have the flexibility to handle the process yourself without any obligations. We will assist in coordinate the site visit with the renter but the rest will be up to you.
