  1. Order Cancelled By Renter:
    Once a Renter places an order and Rubbl's rental coordination team begins processing the transaction; including but not limited to verification of identity, conducting credit and background checks, arranging logistics for transportation, coordinating GPS tracking unit a cancellation fee may be assessed.
  2. Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Scheduled Delivery Date:
    If a Renter cancels an order within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled delivery date, Rubbl, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to assess a cancellation fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00 USD).
  3. Exceptions to the Cancellation Fee
    Rubbl, at its sole discretion, may waive the cancellation fee under certain extenuating circumstances, including but not limited to:
    • Health or medical emergencies.
    • Cancellation of the Renter’s external contractual obligations necessitating the equipment rental.

To be eligible for consideration of a waiver, the Renter must provide Rubbl with sufficient written documentation substantiating the extenuating circumstance. Rubbl will evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet the required documentation or criteria.

  1. Modification of Policy
    Rubbl reserves the right to modify or amend this cancellation policy at any time, with such amendments taking effect immediately upon posting. Renters are encouraged to review the Terms of Service periodically to ensure compliance.

By placing an order, the Renter acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation Policy and any applicable fees, terms, or conditions as set forth herein.
